Robust and long-lasting wooden base that raises shed above ground level, helping prevent water splashback in heavy rain. Features tiny incisions that allow the pressure treatment preservative to penetrate deep into the timber, protecting it from rot and making it suitable for ground contact. While not recommend for building directly on dirt or grass, this option is available, provided a suitable heavy-duty weed membrane is installed beneath the base. Should be laid on level ground or propped with suitable material on uneven ground. Simple to build with fixing screws provided. May not be compatible with sheds from other manufacturers and not compatible with Forest shiplap or tongue and groove sheds.
